The ADI is developing a suite of programmatic activities in partnership with ministries, multi-lateral institutions, corporations, research institutes, and nongovernmental organizations. The planned activities range from one-day conferences and seminars in Paris to multi-year research projects with partner institutions around the world. 

As part of this development process, the ADI is constituting a series of Strategy Groups designed to provide sustained analysis and concrete policy recommendations on specific political, economic and social issues.
